7:50: Upper School Buildings Open
Upper School students should arrive by 7:50 a.m. for an 8:00 a.m. start. Students enter through the black gate in the front of the school.
8:15: Doors open
Please have Grammar School Students arrive no earlier than 8:15 a.m. Parents may drop their children off at the drop-off area located behind our Grammar School building or parents of students in Kindergarten only may accompany their children through the front door of on Burroughs Avenue to their classroom through August 23.

To insure an orderly dismissal, it is requested that parents pick their children up at the drop-off/pick-up area located behind the Grammar School building for grades K-4 and for grades 5-12 in front of the Grammar School Building in their vehicle. Students in grades 5-12 with younger siblings will be picked up at the back.
Teachers will organize the students, and person designated by the Head of School will oversee the pick-up procedure.
Please do not use drop-off and pick-up times to have extended conversations with your child’s teacher. We encourage communication between parents and teachers and urge you to set up a mutually convenient time to speak with a teacher about any concerns you may have.
Carpooling
We encourage carpooling. Parents in a carpool need to advise their child’s teacher of the arrangement and will need to sign an authorization that other parents may pick up their children. Only those persons who a parent has authorized may pick up a child.
