Need-Based Tuition Assistance

To apply for the 26-27 school year, complete a FACTS application along with the submission of supporting documents. (ex. 2024 tax return, Social Security Statements, etc.) These documents are required ; an application will not be considered without them. 

The FACTS application must be completed by the primary parent/guardian and must include any step parents as a co-applicant, if applicable. In the case of separated or divorced parents, each parent must complete a separate application. This information remains confidential and is viewed only by the Tuition Assistance Committee for the purpose of determining tuition assistance award eligibility. The information provided within the FACTS application does not affect your student’s enrollment eligibility. 

A non-refundable $45 fee is due at the time of application submission. Once payment is received, FACTS will send a report to the HTCCS Tuition Assistance Committee for review.

December 5, 2025 - January 2, 2026 

• Re-enrolling students must submit an application for Tuition Assistance no later than January 2, 2026 in order to be considered for an award. 
• We cannot guarantee that applications received after the deadline will be considered for an award.

• Newly enrolling students may submit applications for the 26-27 school year, beginning December 5, 2025. 
• Need Based Tuition Assistance applications remain open continuously until funds are no longer available.
• An application for Admission must be submitted before applying for Tuition Assistance
• Students must be accepted to HTCCS before receiving Tuition Assistance Award information

• All Applicants: 
• Families are notified of awards in conjunction with their re-enrollment contract in early February. Families are not asked to contractually commit before an award is known.
• Aid will be applied to the unpaid tuition balance on July 1. Families will pay the remainder of the balance according to one of three payment plan options at the adjusted rate.
