Keeping Tuition In Reach
Holy Trinity Classical Christian School offers need based tuition assistance, relying on God’s provision in order to provide assistance to all eligible families.
Tuition assistance is funded through distributions from the Farrell & Elizabeth Runyan Tuition Assistance Endowment Fund, as well as from annual fund donations to the operating fund.
THE TUITION ASSISTANCE APPLICATION PROCESS BEGINS IN FEBRUARY.
Applying for Tuition Assistance
Families in need of tuition assistance are encouraged to apply through the confidential, third party, web-based program, FAST. Note, the deadline to apply for assistance is March 4th (even if tax documents are not available).
- A completed income tax return and supporting documents are required for an application to be completed and verified.
- The completed applications are reviewed by the Tuition Assistance Committee, and they may ask for additional information for clarity.
- Families are notified of awards in April in conjunction with their re-enrollment contract. Families are not asked to contractually commit before award is known.
- Aid will be applied to the unpaid tuition balance on July 1. Families will pay the remainder of the balance according to one of three plans (please see page 2 of Tuition Rate PDF) at the adjusted rate.
