We have partnered with A.W.G Dewar to offer an optional Tuition Refund Plan (tuition insurance) as part of our contracts for the upcoming year (2024-2025).
What is Tuition Insurance?
What is Tuition Insurance?
- Protects your annual financial obligation to HTCCS in the event of withdrawal prior to the end of the school year
- Optional this year for any payment plan
- Coverage effective 14 days after the start of school
What is the cost?
- The cost of the plan for 2024-25 is 3.3% of NET tuition (tuition minus discounts and assistance)
- (rate determined annually)
- Premium Payment:
- If you elect coverage with your enrollment contract: Premium will be billed through Tuition Management and is payable with the first payment
- If you elect coverage after submitting your enrollment contract (by August 1st): Payment due immediately
- All elections must be made and paid by August 1st to guarantee coverage
