We have partnered with A.W.G Dewar to offer the Tuition Refund Plan (tuition insurance) as part of our contracts for the upcoming year (2026-20276).
What is Tuition Insurance?
What is Tuition Insurance?
- Protects your annual financial obligation to HTCCS in the event of withdrawal prior to the end of the school year
- Opt-out policy for any payment plan
- Non-Medical Coverage effective 14 days after the start of school
What is the cost?
- The cost of the plan for 2026-27 is 2.2% of NET tuition (tuition minus discounts and assistance)

- Premium Payment:
- Premium will be billed through Tuition Management and is due with the first payment 25-26 payment (no later than July 31st)
- Payment due immediately for those enrolling after August 1st
All elections must be made and paid by July 31st to guarantee coverage
The tuition insurance premium rate for your child will be based on the adjusted tuition rate which will consider any Need Based Tuition Assistance or discounts.
Who is Tuition Insurance for?
- Re-Enrolling Students: Students are automatically enrolled within the 26-27 policy (for all payment plans) unless the family chooses to opt-out before June 30, 2026.
- Newly Enrolling Students: Students are required to enroll within the 26-27 policy (with the exception of the 1 time paid-in-full payment plan which remains optional).
