About KJ Nally

KJ is a teacher, biblical counselor, and pastor’s wife of 18 years, with three boys (1st, 3rd, 5th grades) attending Holy Trinity. The Nally Family has been with HTCCS since 2018. KJ’s husband, Dustin, taught 6th Grade and she taught 7th Grade Bible. In 2019, Dustin took a pastorate with Cross Community Church. KJ took time away from teaching when their third son was born, continuing using her M.A. in Biblical Counseling at their church counseling women, children, and marriages with Dustin. In January 2026, Dustin will be the lead pastor of the first church plant out of Cross Community Church, Abide Christian Fellowship, in Okatie, SC. As they launch the new church, the opportunity to be the Drama Director, seems a perfect fit with part-time counseling KJ does with Lowcountry Biblical Counseling Center. K.J. has written for magazines and blogs, like Christianity Today, and is the author of The Storms of Life: Trusting God through Emotional Pains, Hurting Marriages, and Addictions; Absorbed: Becoming Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually Intimate as God Designed; and an adoption book called, The Thread: Adoption Stories Knit Together by Love. K.J. speaks at various places, including high schools, colleges, and churches for teens and women's events.
