Payment Plan Options

Holy Trinity Classical Christian School offers families the choice of three different payment plan options. Each plan requires ACH bank draft or credit card draft payment methods to be established at the signing of the enrollment contract. Transaction fees apply as follows:

- ACH bank draft payments incur a 1% + .30 processing fee per transaction. (not to exceed $2.50 per transaction)
- Credit card payments incur a 3.12% processing fee per transaction.

Option 1: 1 Time Payment (Due July)

Option 2: 2 Payments (Due July and January)

Option 3: 12 Monthly Payments (July-June)

++ 529 Savings Plan

Holy Trinity Classical Christian School accepts student tuition payment via 529 plans. Check with your Financial Advisor regarding the details of your specific 529 Plan.

Starting in 2025, account funds can be used for a broader range of K-12 education costs, including:

Curriculum materials, books, and online educational resources
Fees for standardized tests (e.g., SAT and ACT)
Tutoring and supplemental classes
Dual-enrollment fees for college courses taken in high school
Education therapies for students with disabilities

Starting in 2026, the annual limit for qualified K-12 expenses will increase from $10,000 to $20,000.

++ South Carolina ESTF Program

HTCCS is an approved Education Service Provider for the SC ESTF Program. To learn more about this program, visit the SC School Choice Alliance website.

To be considered for a Need Based Tuition Assistance award it is required that your student applies for the SC ESTF Program (for all qualifying students). The award decision for the SC ESTF grant does not determine an award for Need Based Assistance.
