Tuition Assistance

Keeping Tuition In Reach

As funds allow, Holy Trinity Classical Christian School provides need based tuition assistance for eligible families.

Need based aid is financial assistance which is awarded based on the student's demonstrated financial need, rather than academic or athletic merit. An award is determined through submission of an application which includes (but is not limited to) annual income (with prior year tax documentation), an expense overview, and school specific questions designed to help understand your family’s needs. The funds available for tuition assistance is limited each year.

Tuition assistance is funded through distributions from the Farrell and Elizabeth Runyan Scholarship Fund, as well as from annual fund donations to the operating fund.

*Tuition Assistance is available for K5-12th grade only (not applicable preschool programs).

THE TUITION ASSISTANCE APPLICATION PROCESS BEGINS IN FEBRUARY.
Applying for Tuition Assistance

Families in need of tuition assistance are encouraged to apply through the confidential, third party, web-based program, FAST beginning February 12, 2025.

Returning students must submit an application for Tuition Assistance no later than March 5, 2025 to be considered for an award. We cannot guarantee that applications received after the deadline will be considered for an award.

  • A completed 2024 income tax return and supporting documents are required for an application to be completed and verified.
  • The completed applications are reviewed by the Tuition Assistance Committee, which may ask for additional information for clarity.
  • Families are notified of awards in April in conjunction with their re-enrollment contract. Families are not asked to contractually commit before award is known.
  • Aid will be applied to the unpaid tuition balance on July 1. Families will pay the remainder of the balance according to one of three plans (please refer to the bottom Tuition Rate PDF) at the adjusted rate.
  • The tuition insurance premium rate for your child will be based on the adjusted tuition rate.
