Mu Alpha Theta is a National Mathematics Honor Society. In the Fall of 2018, Holy Trinity received her Mu Alpha Theta charter. The chapter is open to students in grades 9-12 who maintain a 3.5 GPR or higher in their given math courses.

The mission of Holy Trinity’s Robotics Club is to expose students to the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math by designing, building, programming and operating working robots under the VEX Robotics Competition program.
This club is open to HTCCS students in the Upper School (Grades 6 and above).
