Mrs. Eugenia Henderson has been an Assistant Pre-School Teacher at Holy Trinity since 2018.  She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Major in French and a Minor in Economics, and a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.  Her experience prior to joining Holy Trinity includes assisting with youth choirs, Assistant Pre-School Teacher at Sea Island Presbyterian Day School, Paralegal at Bogin & Eig, P.C. Special Education law firm in Washington, DC, and Staff Assistant on the United States Senate’s Committee for Commerce, Science and Transportation under Senator Ernest F. Hollings of South Carolina.  She began exploring teaching through graduate work at Old Dominion University while living in Norfolk, VA before moving to Beaufort in 1998 with her husband, Mark, while he was on Active Duty in the U.S. Marine Corps and assigned to Parris Island.  Together they raised two beautiful children here in the Lowcounty as active members of the Parish Church of St. Helena.  Eugenia is a devoted member of St. Helena’s music ministry, has earned her Silver Medal from the Royal School of Church Music in America, and is passionate about teaching and sharing her love of sacred music with her students.
