Please provide the following items to the school office:
You may either deliver these items directly to the school or mail them to:
Holy Trinity Classical Christian School
302 Burroughs Avenue
Beaufort, SC 29902.
All applications will be time and date stamped upon reception.
Upon reception of all of the above, the school office will contact you to set up a time when the headmaster can meet with you as parents, as well as the applicant.
The purpose of this interview is to provide the parents and child(ren) an opportunity to meet the headmaster and vice-versa. Interviews are scheduled during the months of February through April, and as needed thereafter.
After the interview and review of all other required materials (as found in the application checklist), the headmaster will make the decision whether to admit the applicant(s).
Parents will then be notified in writing of the decision regarding acceptance.
If the student is accepted, 5% of the yearly tuition and a signed Enrollment Agreement are needed to procure a spot in the classroom for the upcoming school year.
Thus if wishing to accept the offer of enrollment, the following items will also need to be completed and returned to the school office (all forms will be provided to parents by Holy Trinity upon being granted admittance):
Families in need of tuition assistance are encouraged to apply for aid through the confidential, third party, web-based program, FAST.
After the parent(s) have completed the tuition assistance application process, the Holy Trinity Tuition Assistance Committee will allocate scholarships as funds allow.
The school office will notify families of any tuition assistance granted.
Tuition Assistance will be applied to the unpaid tuition balance on July 1. Families will pay the remainder of the balance according to one of three payment plans at the adjusted rate.
