Admission Process - HOLY TRINITY
“…the Christian classical educational tradition embodies just the kind of holistic and fully integrated curriculum that a thoroughly Christian understanding of human nature demands.” - Clark & Jain, The Liberal Arts Tradition

One step at a time

The order in which applications are received does not impact acceptance decisions. It is preferred all materials are submitted by the first Monday in March to be considered for the next full academic year.

FOR ADMISSIONS QUESTIONS: Please contact Office Manager Patra Culpepper. She is happy to help you navigate the admissions process!

FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE QUESTIONS: Please contact Financial Administrator Sarania Reid who is knowledgable about the FAST process.

  • $50 nonrefundable application fee per family (please make check payable to Holy Trinity Classical Christian School)
  • Copy of applicant’s final report card from previous school year as well as the most current report card (accessible at the office of your child’s school)

You may either deliver these items directly to the school or mail them to:

Holy Trinity Classical Christian School

302 Burroughs Avenue

All applications will be time and date stamped upon reception.

Step Two:  Family Interview

Upon reception of all of the above, the school office will contact you to set up a time when the headmaster can meet with you as parents, as well as the applicant.

The purpose of this interview is to provide the parents and child(ren) an opportunity to meet the headmaster and vice-versa.  Interviews are scheduled during the months of February through April, and as needed thereafter.

Step Three: Enrollment

After the interview and review of all other required materials (as found in the application checklist), the headmaster will make the decision whether to admit the applicant(s).

Parents will then be notified in writing of the decision regarding acceptance.

If the student is accepted, 5% of the yearly tuition and a signed Enrollment Agreement are needed to procure a spot in the classroom for the upcoming school year.

Thus if wishing to accept the offer of enrollment, the following items will also need to be completed and returned to the school office (all forms will be provided to parents by Holy Trinity upon being granted admittance):

  • Request for transcripts/records transfer from previous school
  • Copy of current immunization record
  • Completed emergency contact form
