Holy Trinity Classical Christian School offers need based financial assistance, relying on God’s provision in order to award financial aid to all eligible families.
Financial assistance is funded thru distributions from the Farrell & Elizabeth Runyan Tuition Assistance Endowment Fund, as well as from annual fund donations to the operating fund. (For fiscal year 2016/2017 the Runyan Endowment contributed $61,000, 17% of our awards; the balance for 16/17, $292,930 came from contributions to the Love to Learn, Learn to Love annual fund.)
The application process begins in February. Each family submits an application to FAST—an independent agency which evaluates a family’s ability to contribute to tuition based on income, other forms of support and living expenses.
A completed income tax return and supporting documents are required for an application to be completed and verified by FAST.
The completed applications are reviewed by the Tuition Assistance Committee, and they may ask for additional information for clarity.
Families are notified of awards in April in conjunction with their re-enrollment contract. Families are not asked to contractually commit before award is known.
Aid will be applied to the unpaid tuition balance on July 1, 2017, and the families will pay the remainder of the balance according to one of three plans at the adjusted rate.

The Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) program provides a need-based financial aid analysis service that includes an income verification process. All information from FAST remains confidential and is reviewed by the school. You must apply for financial aid each year, using the online FAST application. After applying, you will mail tax documents to FAST for income verification purposes.
On the application, please use your name as it appears on your tax return.
The online application process is self-guided. You can partially complete an application and go back to it another time, if you don’t want to complete the application in one sitting. Here is the FAST application.
The non-refundable application fee is $43, payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. The application fee will be billed to your credit card under the name of “Independent School Management (ISM)”, the company which provides the FAST application service.
